By using Vyonica, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must keep your account secure and only use the service in a lawful way. Subscriptions & payments: plans/prices are shown in-app/website. Payments handled by Stripe. Renewals/cancellations follow your selected plan. Refund policy: Refunds are provided at our discretion within 30 days of purchase. Your content: you keep ownership of what you upload. You grant us permission to process it only to provide the service. Outputs may be used according to your plan and applicable law. Voice/impersonation rules: you must have rights/permission for any voice you upload or generate. No unauthorized impersonation, fraud, or illegal/harmful content. We may remove content or suspend accounts for violations. Disclaimer & liability: service provided "as is"; outputs may be inaccurate. Liability limited to the maximum allowed by law and capped at $1000 (except where law requires otherwise). Governing law/venue: These Terms are governed by German law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Munich, Germany (consumer rights remain unaffected).
